使用nvmw在windows下安装nodejs，遇到如下错误：

node v0.12.9 does not include npm初步断定是https://raw.githubusercontent.com/joyent/node/v0.12.9/deps/npm/package.json无法正常访问造成，有没有用过nvmw的知道怎么解决的，烦请告知解决办法，谢谢。
